Inclusion Criteria
1) Oral Cavity Squamous cell carcinoma in Clinical stage I / II
2) Ability to understand the study and willing to give written informed consent
3) Eastern co-operative Oncology Group(ECOG) performance status 0-2
4) Treatment Naive patients.
5) Having primary treatment at Tata Memorial Centre
Exclusion Criteria
1) Non-squamous histology
2) Underwent treatment for non OCSCC with any modality.
3) Underwent treatment for OCSCC with any modality.
4) Disease Recurrence and Second primary.
5) Not giving consent.
6) Pregnant patients.
