入选标准
- •Infants born at Vajira hospital, gestational age above 35 weeks and one of the followings;
- •1.Infants whose mother has a fever greater than or equal to 38 degrees Celsius
- •2.Maternal vaginal and anal cultures are positive for GBS
- •3.Premature rupture of membrane for more than 18 hours after delivery
- •4.Mothers with suspected intra-amniotic infection
- •5.Preterm less than 37 week's gestation
- •6.infants with symptoms compatible with EOS within 72 hour after symptoms include respiratory distress, drowsiness, apnea, temperature instability and feeding intolerance

- •1.Infants with congenital anomalies
- •2.Chromosomal abnormalities
- •3.Infants born outside Vajira Hospital
- •4.Maternal information is not available
