入选标准
- •1.Age range of 20-65years.
- •2.Patients with localized or generalized periodontitis of stage-II and stage-III with grade B as per 2017 classification will be included. 3 walled and 2 walled intrabony defects with radiologic vertical bone loss of >= 3mm at baseline and a PPD >=5mm when persistent after non-surgical therapy.
- •3.No medications affecting periodontal status during the previous 6 months

- •2.Traumatic occlusion
- •3. Patients with TMJ disorders
- •4. Smokers
- •5. Pregnant and lactating women
