Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age range of 20\-65years.
- •2\.Patients with localized or generalized periodontitis of stage\-II and stage\-III with grade B as per 2017 classification will be included. 3 walled and 2 walled intrabony defects with radiologic vertical bone loss of \>\= 3mm at baseline and a PPD \>\=5mm when persistent after non\-surgical therapy.
- •3\.No medications affecting periodontal status during the previous 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Uncontrolled systemic diseases
- •2\.Traumatic occlusion
- •3\. Patients with TMJ disorders
- •4\. Smokers
- •5\. Pregnant and lactating women
