Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Trauma patient requiring long term assisted enteral feed.
  • •2\. Trauma patient not on antibiotic for atleast last 3 days

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Trauma patient with severe head injury requiring active neurosurgical intervention or monitoring.
  • •2\. Trauma patient with previous abdominal surgery
  • •3\. Immunocompromised patient
