The inclusion criteria were: 1) hypertension with systolic blood pressure (SBP) > 130 mm Hg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) > 80 mm Hg. 2) they did not participate in any type of regular exercise training for a minimum of 3 months recruited for the study, 3) who were ready to perform exercise (Participants filled out the PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), 4) body mass index (BMI): 18.5-24.99 kg/m2
The exclusion criteria are: 1) uncontrolled hypertension, 2) having chronic heart disease, diabetes failure, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, kidney disease, 3) having an orthopedic condition that affects the ability to participate in an exercise program, 4) treatment with steroids, hormones, 5) cancer chemotherapy. 6) history of exercise-related asthma.
