Inclusion Criteria
ASA I, II patients presenting for elective abdominal surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal for epidural procedure
2. ASA III, or higher
3. Emergency surgery
4. Laparoscopic surgery
5. Coagulopathies
6. Patient on clonidine
7. Local infection at the site of epidural insertion
