- •1.Operated optical keratoplasty (either penetrating keratoplasty or anterior lamellar keratoplasty).
- •2. Epithelial defect more than 2 mm2 on first post-operative day.
- •3. Patients giving consent
- •4.Cooperative for digital photography
排除标准
- •1.Active ocular or lid infections
- •2.Lid abnormalities contributory to the epithelial defect
- •3.Severe dry eye
- •4.Limbal stem cell deficiency
- •5.Elevated IOP
- •6.Impending perforation
- •7.Pregnant and lactating women
- •8.Not giving consent
- •9.Not motivated for follow up
