healthy men between 20 and 35 years without acute health problems or orthopedic injuries in the knee area / willing to contribute in the study and fit for exercise
Exclusion Criteria
unfit for exercise / general unhealthy or acute health problems / orthopedic injuries knee area

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To determine the molecular adaptation of mechanoprotective systems in human skeletal muscle in response via western blotting, phosphoproteomics, immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy. <br>Primary endpoints will be determined when subjects have underwent the entire study section.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Blood samples, force development of skeletal muscle and myofiber hypertrophy / Questionnaires to estimate subjective muscular loading and muscle pain.<br>Secondary endpoints will be determined to defined time points throughout the study.
