入选标准
- •Below knee surgery in orthopedic surgery
- •ASA(American Society of anesthesiology) classification 1, 2
- •Age: 19-60 yrs
排除标准
- •Clinically significant coagulopathy
- •Infection at the injection site
- •Allergy to local anesthetics
- •Severe cardiopulmonary disease (= American Society of anesthesiology class 3)
- •Body mass index > 35
- •Diabetic or other neuropathies
- •Patients receiving opioids for chronic analgesic therapy
- •Ear disease
- •thyroid disease
- •initial bidy temperature >37.2 ? or < 36.5 ?
- •Patients who don't receive PCA (patient controlled analgesia)
