- 19(Year) to 80(Year) (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •Below knee surgery in orthopedic surgery
- •ASA(American Society of Anesthesiology) class 1, 2
- •Age: 19-80 yrs
Exclusion Criteria
- •Clinically significant coagulopathy
- •Infection at the injection site
- •Allergy to local anesthetics
- •Severe cardiopulmonary disease (= ASA class 3)
- •Body mass index > 35
- •Diabetic or other neuropathies
- •Patients receiving opioids for chronic analgesic therapy
- •Ear disease
- •Patients who don't receive PCA (patient controlled analgesia)
