Patients of both gender with low back pain and lumbosacral radiculopathy will be included
-Patients between 30- 50 years of age
-All the patients should show SLR positive test for sciatic nerve by 35 degree to 70 degree
-Patients with acute herniated disc
-Inflammatory diseases like Rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis
-Spinal cord lesions
-Vertebral fractures
-Recent spinal or peripheral nerve repairs
-Any other cardiovascular condition or gynecological problem which will be affected by these treatments will be excluded from the study
