入选标准
- •age 20-45 years, neck pain more than 3 months and less than 2 years, pain in region between superior nuchal line to T1 spinous process, pain intensiy between 3 to 7 on visual analogue scale
排除标准
- •signs of radiating pain or meurological involvement, history of trauma and fracture to cervical spine in past 6 months, diagnosed cases of cervical spine defects amd disorder, instability in cervical spine, history of spinal surgery in past 6 months, diagnosed cases for spinal tumors and malignancy
