Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All the pregnant women who have achieved 12\-36 weeks of gestation confirmed by ultrasound by an obstetrician/gynecologist.
- •2\) All the pregnant women who are having pregnancy with low risk as determined by the treating obstetrician/gynecologist.
- •3\) Women who are willing to participate on voluntary basis after giving a written consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women will be excluded if they have a systemic locomotor system disease such as epiphyseal dysplasia, arthrogryposis, and gigantism.
- •2\) Women who are not willing on voluntary basis.
- •3\) Women with history of neoplasm.
- •4\) Gynecology problems where the women are advised for complete bed rest
