Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Dancers present in North Karnataka.
- •2\.Dancers have undergone a minimum of 1 year of training.
- •3\.Dancers who have an age group ranging from 13\-40 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Dancers who did not agree for participation in the study.
- •2\.Dancers who had previous fractures hindering their dancing.
- •3\.Dancers who have undergone any surgeries.
- •4\.Folk dancers are not included
