Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Professional AR shooters
- •2\. Those who all are in regular shooting practice
- •3\. AR Shooters who have achieved a qualifying score and qualified for the pre\-national or national or international level competitions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Other shooting sports athletes like 50 m, pistol shooting athletes
- •2\. Those who have been involved in other than shooting sports like football
- •3\. Those who are working or involved in any occupation
- •Those who had major accidents involving the head, Shoulder, Spine, Pelvis and
