Inclusion Criteria
Adolescents belonging to the age group of 13-16 years and willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Adolescents with;
- Physical disability (in mobility, vision, hearing and speech)
- mental sub normality
- any chronic physical illness
- Adolescents involved in yoga, regular gym or regular sports activities.
- Parents who are not willing to give the consent.
- Adolescents receiving any type of treatment (drug therapy or psychological treatment) for any psychological problems.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - Change in emotional- behavioral problems by measuring the difference in mean score of SDQ11-17 in the post test. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>-Change in mean score of bio physiological parameters (height, weight, systolic and diastolic BP, heart rate, respiratory rate ), after the intervention.Timepoint: -Online psycho education on Emotional- behavioral problems and their management as 2 sessions with duration of 45 minutes and 90 minutes respectively. <br/ ><br>Practice of Pranayama for 15 minutes and Aerobic exercise for 25 minutes- Total 40 minutes practice regularly(6/7days per week) for 10 weeks
- Secondary Outcome Measures
