Inclusion Criteria
1.Age: 60 years and above, willing to participate in the trial and to receive intervention.
2.Self-reported cognitive complaints or their caregiversâ?? complaints.
3.Scoring of 26 or above in MOCA,
4.No medical/ psychiatric history with cognitive impairment (Dementia, TBI, Stroke)
5.Able to hear, read and write simple sentence with or without any aids.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Dementia or objective cognitive impairment
2.MOCA score below 26
3.Neurological or psychiatric diseases
4.Acute musculoskeletal diseases or recent fractures
5.Malignancy
