- •1.Subjects of either gender aged between 18-75 years undergoing surgery.
- •2. Willingness to give informed consent and to be available for follow-up.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
- •2. Immunocompromised patients.
- •3. Patients with prior symptomatic infection at distal site before the surgery.
- •4. Pregnancy and lactating women.
- •5. Patients already on antimicrobial therapy.
- •6. Smokers.
