Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. People living with T2DM for at least 1year and on oral medication/insulin/both
- •2\. Residents of urban slums of Davangere for at least a year and will be available for next 2\-3years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Bedridden/seriously ill/hospitalized
- •2\. Non\-consent
