入选标准
- •1. Patients scheduled for elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation.
- •2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-II, age between 18 to 70 years.
排除标准
- •1.Cervical spine pathology
- •2.BMI more than or equal to 30
- •3.Restriction of neck extension
- •4.Increased risk of regurgitation and pulmonary aspiration
- •5.History of difficult tracheal intubation in the past.
- •6.Tumor or mass involving the airway.
- •7.Restricted mouth opening.
