Inclusion Criteria
Women presenting with cyclical mastalgia defined as occurance of pain within 2 weeks of menstrual onset relieved by menses .
Bodymass index between 19 and 29.
Regular menstrual cycle between 21 to 35 days.
Exclusion Criteria
Lactating and pregnant women.
H/O malignancies in first degree relatives.
H/O medication for mastalgia.
H/O acid peptic disorder.
H/O any kind of cyst, tumour and malignancies in the breast.
H/O any systemic and metabolic diseases.
Patients on regular NSAIDS or anticoagulant therapy.
History of danazol, bromocriptine or tamoxifen use in the last 3 months
