入选标准
- •Women presenting with cyclical mastalgia defined as occurance of pain within 2 weeks of menstrual onset relieved by menses .
- •Bodymass index between 19 and 29.
- •Regular menstrual cycle between 21 to 35 days.
排除标准
- •Lactating and pregnant women.
- •H/O malignancies in first degree relatives.
- •H/O medication for mastalgia.
- •H/O acid peptic disorder.
- •H/O any kind of cyst, tumour and malignancies in the breast.
- •H/O any systemic and metabolic diseases.
- •Patients on regular NSAIDS or anticoagulant therapy.
- •History of danazol, bromocriptine or tamoxifen use in the last 3 months
