1)Person who has exercised 5 times a week for at least 1 hour a day for 3 years or more
2)Adult men and women who have muscle pain at neck or low back or shoulder.
3)Person with VAS3 of 3 or higher
4)Person who is recognized as suitable for screening tests
5)Person who can visit the hospital outpatient to participate in the study.
6)Person who voluntarily consents to this study.
7)Person who can follow directions well to instruction during the study.
1)Patients with muscle pain due to disease in other organs (liver disease, cancer, rheumatic disease, thyroid disease, etc.)
2)Person who suspected of having myopathy, malignancy, spinal cord infection, thrombosis, etc.
3)Person with skin disease and hypersensitivity
4)Person who is at risk of deformity of the spine, vertebral fractures, and neurological abnormalities
-Scoliosis of more than 20 degrees
-History of severe osteoporosis and vertebral fractures due to osteoporosis
5)Person with spinal instability (Fail Back Syndrome) after previous spinal fixation surgery
6)Person with sensory impairment
7)Person who has had spinal surgery
8)Person who has received invasive spine treatment within 4 weeks before screening
9)Person with mental disorders that may affect participation in clinical trials or evaluation of symptoms
10)Patient who participated or will participate in the study that able to effects this study within 3 months.
11)Person diagnosed with osteoporosis
12)Pregnant or lactating woman
13)Any other person judged by the investigator that participation in clinical trials is inappropriate
