Inclusion Criteria
Residents: all residents of the care facility up to care level 4; cognitively or physically impaired or not impaired.
- Staff: People from all disciplines
- Trained exercise instructors of the intervention
Exclusion Criteria
- Physician's prohibition of physical exertion
- Occurrence of a serious health event diagnosed by a doctor health event (e.g. heart attack, stroke, broken bones, operations, pneumonia) within the last 6 months
- Participation in other clinical studies (e.g. testing of new drugs)
- Possession of care level 5
