Women who had a birth outcome in the 12 months preceding the survey and their husbands and family members will be considered as the primary study population. The secondary study population will be community health workers, heath service providers, and health managers responsible for MNH services.
Women with a history of abortion during 12 months preceding the survey will be excluded. We want to exclude abortions as they may not be eligible for the services such as 4+ANC, delivery or PNC which are key indicators for this study.
