- •2)Body mass index more than 23 kilogram per m2
- •3)Exercise less than 75 minutes per week
排除标准
- •1)Daily supplementation with drugs or diets
- •2)Having food or drug allergy i.e., asparagus
- •3)Regular smoking (> 30 packs-years)
- •4)Regular alcohol drinking (>1 cup/day)
- •5)Having drugs or diseases of cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, renal, endocrine, musculoskeletal, infectious, cancer, neurological, or psychiatric disease
