Exclusion Criteria
Recent onset of musculoskeletal injuries;Raynaud's disease.

Name Time Method Immersion cryotherapy promotes recovery of muscle strength levels after 60 minutes after the installation of neuromuscular exhaustion in amateur sportsmen, measured with a load cell through maximum voluntary isometric contraction.;Immersion cryotherapy promoted the recovery of strength levels as early as 15 minutes after the installation of neuromuscular exhaustion in amateur sportsmen, measured with a load cell through maximum voluntary isometric contraction.
