- •Road trauma patients presenting with neck pain or altered conscious stateNo radiographic evidence of cervical fracture on plain film or CTCervical MRI.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Focal neurologic deficitEvidence of intoxicationPainful distracting injuryAltered mental status where GCS\<9\.
