Inclusion Criteria
- •All the patients having frontal sinus diseases and sinonasal pathologies involving frontal sinus aged over 18 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History of previous sino\-nasal surgery.
- •2\.Contraindications for surgery.
- •3\.Patient with cardiovascular and neurological disorder.
- •4\.Maxillofacial fractures disrupting the frontal recess anatomy, hindering cell identification and frontal sinus drainage pathway
