Inclusion Criteria
- Age over 18 years old
- Able to respond the questionnaire
- Presenting at admission a dyspnea over 3/10 on numerical analogic scale
- Admitted for a respiratory cause
Exclusion Criteria
- cognitive impairment
- aphasia
- no french-speaking person
