Entry criteria: Individuals who wish to participate in a study have not previously participated in the same study; they should not be members of the virtual positive thinking group during the intervention; at least 18 years of age. Outcome criteria: failure to complete Complete mental health questionnaire; mental illness including chronic depression and other specific physical illness during the study; complete failure to participate in the program; significant visual, auditory and mental impairment during the study; facing major crises such as the death of one Relatives during the study.
