Inclusion Criteria
Children age 1-15 years who will undergo tendon surgery (such as Achilles tendon tenotomy, hamstring tenotomy, adductor tenotomy and tendon transfer)
No previous pain before operation
Exclusion Criteria
History of drug allergy to bupivacaine, ketorolac, morphine, paracetamol and ibuprofen
History of bleeding disorder
History of abnormal kidney function
