Inclusion Criteria
Aged 1-15 years
Undergoing tibial osteotomy at Siriraj hospital
Obtained consent from a guardian two surgeons
Exclusion Criteria
Pre-existing pain e.g. from fracture, infection, etc.
Loss of sensation
Bleeding disorder
Allergy to NSAIDs, morphine, bupivacaine, paracetamol
eGFR < 90 mL/min/1.73 m2
