a.smoking rate of at least 5 cigarettes/day for at the least the past year,
b.between the ages of 18 and 45 years (according to the 7th edition of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)ââ?¬•s guidelines for exercise testing and prescription, males <45 and females <55 years who are asymptomatic but have at least one or two risk factors (e.g., smoking status) are classified as low to moderate risk for exercise participation and do not need physician consent),
c.normal (or corrected-to-normal) hearing and vision,
d.willing and able to participate in 40 min of moderately intense exercise or yoga,
e.no contradictions for moderate-intensity exercise based on the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire(Thomas, Reading, & Shephard, 1992),
f.body mass index of less than 35
g.not currently practicing regular or structured yoga program.
a.physically active participants ( > 3 days of moderate-intensity physical activity or > 2 days of vigorous intensity physical activity per week),
b.practicing yoga before recruitment in the current trial,
c. were currently enrolled in a quit-smoking program,
d.had a medical condition that might make participation in yoga difficult or potentially hazardous (e.g., heart failure, ischemia, hypertension, diabetes)
e.other substance use such as cannabis, alcohol or opioid dependency
f.taking any benzodiazepines, antidepressants, neuroleptics, stimulants, anticonvulsants, or beta agonists,
