The inclusion criteria will be a) current tobacco users (Smoking or smokeless tobacco) b) individuals interested in quitting tobacco use (thinking of quitting in the next one month) c) Age 18 and above d) tobacco users having nicotine dependence (score of > 1 on FTND scale) d) not planning to migrate out from the study area for the study duration e) having a personal mobile phone.
The exclusion criteria are a) currently under treatment for Nicotine dependence like pharmacotherapy, counseling etc. b) illegal substance use.
