Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with Obstructive sleep apnea(AHI more then 5/Hr)
2. Overweight (BMI more then 23 â?? 39.9 Kg/m2)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Chronic kidney disease, liver disease, Hyperthyroidism
2. Diagnosed CAD, CVA , Normal LV function
3. History of previous surgery to upper airway, pregnant women, Patients on corticosteroids,
Morbid obesity (BMI Ë? 40 Kg/m)
