Age between eighteen and sixty-five years; both sexes; neck pain lasting three months or longer, non-specific (no known causes), with or without irradiation; presence of pain at rest and/or during active cervical movements with a score greater than or equal to three on the Numerical Pain Scale; and score greater than or equal to ten on the Neck Disability Index
Signs of radiculopathy in the upper limbs (loss of muscle strength in the myotome, sensory loss in the dermatomes and/or changes in reflexes); whiplash-associated disorder; cervicogenic headache; fibromyalgia; pregnancy; history of trauma; cervical fractures or surgeries; cervical-related rheumatic inflammatory diseases; neurological; tumors and/or medical contraindication to practice physical exercise; physiotherapy or cervical infiltration in the last three months; starting some physical activity in the last two weeks; use of analgesics, use of anti-inflammatories or muscle relaxants in the twenty-four hours prior to the evaluation
