Exclusion Criteria

Babies with any of the following will be excluded:

- Length of umbilical cord < 25 cm

- Meconium stained liquor with non vigorous babies

- Multiple births (twins, triplets)

- Babies of Rh negative mothers

- Major congenital anomalies

- Cord prolapse

- Hydrops fetalis

- Cord anomalies like true knots

To compare the effect of umbilical cord milking with delayed cord clamping on hematological parameters - Hb and serum ferritin at 1½ months of age in term neonates. Timepoint: HB AT 6 MONTH OF AGE

Hemodynamic parameters: Heart rate, Respiratory rate, Blood pressure, Temperature in 1st 48 hours (30 mins, 24 hrs, 48 hrs). <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Clinical status: Respiratory distress, jaundice requiring phototherapy, jitteriness in initial 48 hours (30 mins, 24 hrs, 48 hrs). <br/ ><br>Timepoint: NONE
