1. Patients of more than 18 years of age and less than 80 years of age with paraquat poisoning as per definitions used in the study
2. Those who are willing to give consent( in case inability of the patient to give consent due to physical or mental inability,close relative’s consent will be taken)

2. Patients more than 80 years and less than 18 years
3. Those who have ingested or inhaled or taken injection of any other abusive substance like ethanol,Marijuana, LSD etc. Within last 48 hours

Name Time Method Find out all the clinical spectrum of Gastro-intestinal and hepatic manifestations of patients admitted with paraquat poisoningTimepoint: Till 90 days from ingestion;Those who are surviving beyond 30 days will be followed up monthly as per standard clinical and laboratory assessment protocols used in the study till 90 days from the date of enrollment in the studyTimepoint: Till 90 days from ingestion;To find out correlation between primary outcome and clinico biochemical and socio demographic parameters of paraquat toxicity if anyTimepoint: Till 90 days from ingestion
