Demand for a consultation by a pain specialist
Demand of a perioperative care for the acute pain service
Informed consent
Patients = 18 years
remaining in-patient stay = 48 h
patients who are legally capable and do have the mental capacity to understand the instructions of the study personnel
Cancer or palliative patients
Pregnants
No capacity to consent
