Inclusion Criteria

Demand for a consultation by a pain specialist
Demand of a perioperative care for the acute pain service
Informed consent
Patients = 18 years
remaining in-patient stay = 48 h
patients who are legally capable and do have the mental capacity to understand the instructions of the study personnel

Exclusion Criteria

Cancer or palliative patients
Pregnants
No capacity to consent
Refusal to take part in the study
language or communication difficulties
inmates of prison or other institutions
persons who are tied to the sponsor or investigator in a relationship of dependency
