Included are general practitioners in Western Pomerania and meet the technical and spatial requirements for the establishment of teleconsultations.
The following patients are included:
Patients = 18 years of age who present themselves in the participating general practitioners' practices, for whom the symptoms result in a neurological question.
General practitioners' practices outside the catchment area of the University Medical Center Greifswald (UMG), which do not meet the necessary technical and spatial requirements are excluded. The districts of Vorpommern-Rügen, Vorpommern Greifswald and the Mecklenburg Lake District are defined as the catchment area of the UMG.
The following patients are not included:
Patients and patients incapable of giving consent; Patients who, in the opinion of the GP, appear to have a neurological emergency that requires prompt inpatient clarification.
