? Non-head and neck tracheal intubation general anesthesia ;
? age = 18 years old ;
? American Society of Anesthesiologists ( ASA ) grade I – II ;
?no throat pain before operation ;
?surgical site had no effect on throat function ;
? Good exposure of laryngeal structure during intubation ( Cormack-Lehane grade I – II )
? Voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent.
?Severe heart, liver and kidney diseases ;
?communication barriers ;
?Patients whose ear skin was not suitable for operation ;
?Emergency surgeon ;
?Patients with acute laryngitis, acute tonsillitis, acute epiglottitis, acute laryngitis, and laryngeal surgery, and postoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve paralysis ;
?smokers
