1) Age 18-70, male or female.
2) bacteriologically confirmed or clinically diagnosed active tuberculosis: a. Bacteriologically confirmed (acid-fast staining or culture positive or tuberculosis DNA amplification positive (this standard is derived from WHO2015 annual report) or clinically diagnosed active tuberculosis;B. With abdominal pain, obstruction, constipation or abdominal distension, and sleep disturbance.
3) Normal cognitive and communication skills, informed consent, can cooperate in the investigation, and can regularly follow visitors.
1) Patients complicated with serious underlying diseases or critically ill patients.
2) People with mental disorders.
