- •a)Patients aged 18 - 65 yrs of either sex
- •b)Patient who will undergo for oro-tracheal intubation
- •c)Intubation required for > 48 hours
- •d)Willing to participate
排除标准
- •a)Patients aged <16 yrs & > 65 yrs
- •b)Already tracheostomized patients
- •c)Outside intubated patients
- •d)Death of patients within 48 hours
- •e)Patients needed isolation like tuberculosis, Hepatitis-B, Hepatitis-C and HIV-I & II
- •f)Refusal of consent
