入选标准
- •1. Age ≥18 years
- •2. Diagnosed with COVID-19 by RT-PCR with ARDS
- •3. Admitted to intensive care unit
- •4. serum IL-6 ≥400 pg/m
排除标准
- •1. Expected death within 24 hours
- •2. Pregnancy
- •3. Platelet count <30,000/uL
- •4. Terminally ill with DNI/DNR
- •5. History of allergy to HA330 filter
- •6. Coagulopathy uncontrolled within 24 hours
- •7. white blood cell count <500/uL
- •8. History of organ transplant
