入选标准
- •Acute Liver Failure patients with SIRS and Hepatic Encephalopathy, without hyperbilirubinemia.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with age less than 18 years or more than 65 years.
- •2. Extremely moribund patients with an expected life expectancy of less than 24 hours or with poor prognosis.
- •3. With poor blood clotting function and PTA <30%.
- •4. Active Bleed.
- •5. Chronic heart, lung or kidney disease.
- •6. Malignant tumors including liver cancer.
- •7. Past history of organ transplantation.
