Inclusion Criteria
- •? Those who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate in the study
- •? Women between 20 and 49 years of age
- •? Women experiencing menstruation
- •? When breast pain is measured by NRS, there are 3 or more items with 5 or more points
- •? Those with breast pain lasting more than 3 days
Exclusion Criteria
