Among postpartum women, the single daily therapeutic breast massage for a day could be not effective for augmenting breast milk volume when compared with non-massage. However, there were no complications after the massage. We supposed that repeated therapeutic breast massage may improve breast milk production.

入选标准
- •1. Postpartum women aged 18 years and above,
- •2. Gestational age at delivery more than 34 weeks
- •3. No contraindication for breastfeeding and
- •4. No maternal complications (eg. Postpartum hemorrhage or postpartum sepsis)
- •5. No neonatal complications that separated mother and baby
- •6. No history of breast surgery
排除标准
- •1. Receiving pharmacological galactagogues
- •2. Having neonatal conditions that needed phototherapy
