简要总结

Among postpartum women, the single daily therapeutic breast massage for a day could be not effective for augmenting breast milk volume when compared with non-massage. However, there were no complications after the massage. We supposed that repeated therapeutic breast massage may improve breast milk production.

入选标准

•1\. Postpartum women aged 18 years and above,
•2\. Gestational age at delivery more than 34 weeks
•3\. No contraindication for breastfeeding and
•4\. No maternal complications (eg. Postpartum hemorrhage or postpartum sepsis)
•5\. No neonatal complications that separated mother and baby
•6\. No history of breast surgery

排除标准

•1\. Receiving pharmacological galactagogues
•2\. Having neonatal conditions that needed phototherapy
