•1. Interval between two cycles exceeding more than 35 days with or without pain and
•hypomenorrhoea.
•2. Duration of flow less than 3 days with reduced quantity of flow using less than 2 pads per days with or without pain.
•3. Patients suffering from 2 consecutive cycles of oligomenorrhoea and hypomenorrhoea or both.

•1. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
•2. Women of age less than18 years and above 40 years.
•3. Patients suffering from any systemic illness like thyroid disorders, DM etc.
•4. Patients using oral contraceptive pills.
•5. Patients have any organic pathology of uterus and adnexa (Excluded clinically and radiologically).
•6. Patient having anytype of malignancy.
•7. Patients with positive Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), Human ImmunodeficiencyVirus HIV, Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HbsAg).
•8. Hemoglobin level less than 7gm%.
