1. Between 18 years ~60 years
2. Failure to Remnant preservation procedure with more instability than pivot shift Grade II,
3. Be diagnosed anterior cruciate ligament tear using MRI
1.Degenerative change in Knee
2.Revision surgery or previous other knee surgery
3.RA or other chronic inflammatory arthritis
4.open growth plate
5.Other ligament instability, more than grade II instability (grade 0: ??, grade I: 0~5mm, grade II: 5~10mm, grade III: >10mm)
6. Inappropriate patient judged by reasercher.
