Inclusion Criteria

1) 15-60 years aged; 2) onset of psychotic symptoms (delusion, hallucination, thought disorder or bizarre behavior) through 30 days before the study; 3) current diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, schizophreniform disorder, substance induced psychotic disorder, psychotic disorder due to GMC and psychotic disorder NOS according to DSM-IV-TR criteria; 4) a score of at least four on at least two of the positive subscales or at least five on at least one of the positive subscales of the Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale 5) written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria: 1) any serious medical condition that may interfere with safe study participation; 2) receiving any antipsychotic treatment for more than seven days during 30 days before; 3) receiving any long acting antipsychotic through three months before the study; 4) incidence of acute psychosis in context of mood disorders; 5) pregnancy or nursing in women; 6) history of sever drug reaction to the drugs in study; 7) simultaneous use of anticonvulsants, antidepressants or mood stabilizer drugs
